Returning Credit Card Transactions
Your system only appears to be able to refund cash transactions. There doesn't seem to be a way of refunding a customers card unless you are suggesting credit card transactions be refunded with cash. If you are I was under the presumption that this could 1. create fraud, and 2. was forbidden by credit card processors since it would be considered a cash advance...

Very soon we will be allowing the ability to return credit card transactions to the original card that was used on the iPad Register. Stay tuned to our release notes on help.shopkeep.com for the announcement.

Hi,
That feature has been added to the latest iPad release. You need to go to the app store, check for updates, and install the latest version. Once you're on that, you can select from the "gear" button to get a return, but you'll need the receipt to enter the receipt # from. With that, you can return/void the transaction.
