hi, I want to cancel my account....it is not for our business....how do I deactivate the register before I can cancel my account?

To deactivate, close the shift on your register as a manager, log into your back office, click on the registers tab, set the register to "inactive" then go back to the manager screen on the register and click "deactivate".
If you are having trouble with any of these steps, please write to support@shopkeep.com with your shopkeep account name, and request that they manually deactivate your register
