I’m frustrated

Bulk Management does not accept .CSV files uploaded from Windows OS.... PLEASE FIX.

When I try to upload any .CSV file from my PC to your cloud based system, I receive an 'import file type is invalid' error or an 'imported file content type is invalid' error. After contacting support, I was told it is because I'm using Windows and can only use this feature if I'm using a MAC OS.
This seems like more than a slight oversight by the programmers and/or software engineers and should be treated as a bug/glitch that needs updated and repaired as soon as possible.

Forgive me if I sound annoyed, but our shop is scheduled for a soft opening this Monday, and now I am questioning the capabilities of the POS I chose. I am not looking forward to entering this inventory list and any future inventory list by hand into backoffice.
